The axeri-dantza or maskuri-dantza  is danced in Hernani during the St. John festivities, in the morning of June 25th and 26th.  A group of young men come out clutching on to a rope and with bladders that they use to hit the passerbys. When the reach the square, the jump on the bladders and burst them.
